Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (ABET-accredited) required or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant exempt experience for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Master’s Degree provides eligibility with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts.
• Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• May establish accident prevention measures and manage training programs for personnel.
• Performs cost control, cost reduction, inventory control and production record studies; develops plans for facility modifications and revisions.
