Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• 6 months to 2 years in Industrial Engineering, Process or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety process walks and ensure countermeasures to IE risks.
• Support the development and implementation of the optimal plant layout.
• Define operation cycle times for each plant process.
• Audit cycle times monthly and adjust headcount forecasts.
• Balance production lines and conduct ergonomic analyses.
• Lead IE studies and support new process launches.
