Job summary
A Square Systems Inc in Missouri is seeking a mechanically minded Preventative Maintenance & Process Technician to develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for our metal finishing and electroplating operation. You will help keep tanks, rectifiers, pumps, and facility systems running safely and efficiently with hands-on training from a veteran employee.

Qualifications
- Candidates should be mechanically minded with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with maintenance planning and documentation is a plus.
- Ability to perform weekly process analysis and support production setup.
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and maintain a company-wide preventative maintenance schedule.
- Perform maintenance and inspections on plating tanks, rectifiers, pumps, filtration, and related equipment.
- Assist with cleanliness, filter changes, and general facility upkeep.
- Support process calculations, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and data analysis as needed.
