Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking an Industrial Specialist to deliver on-site preventative services for the industrial athletic population in Hanover, MD. This full-time role requires a 40-hour work week with a Monday–Friday schedule and early start times to align with client needs.

Responsibilities include pre-employment screenings, body mechanics training, ergonomic assessments, wellness programs, and compliance with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Licensure in the state of employment (required).
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).
• Ability to build trusting relationships with industrial athletes and support their prevention needs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
• Track and report program metrics.
