Job summary

McCarthy Tire Service in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Industrial & Press Service Technician. You will service industrial pneumatic and press tires at the facility or on customer sites, and you may drive to locations for inspections and repairs.

We provide training on press and track systems, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, vision, dental, holidays and PTO, plus bonus commission opportunities. A valid driver's license and safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Press and track training is provided.
• Experience with industrial, heavy-duty, or commercial tires is preferred but not required.
• Passenger tire experience is welcome, especially for technicians looking to advance their skills and career.

Responsibilities

• Service industrial pneumatic tires, solid tires, metal band press tires and rubber tracks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Drive to customer locations for service, inspections and repairs.
• Responsible for safe operation of company vehicles and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in training and follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
