InPower is seeking a dependable Powder Coating Helper to join our production team. This entry-level role supports the powder coating process by assisting with part preparation, masking, hanging, and general shop duties in a fast-paced environment.

The position is located in Houston, TX and requires a basic safety mindset and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, and racking).
• Hang and remove parts from the coating line.
• Assist powder coaters with setup and color changes.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support shipping/receiving and other shop tasks as needed.

Pay Range: $35,360.00 to $43,680.00
