Responsibilities

Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and pre-treatment.
Apply powder coating materials to parts using spray equipment.
Operate and maintain powder coating ovens and spray guns.
Ensure proper curing by monitoring oven temperatures and bake times.
Inspect finished products for quality and coverage.
Touch up or recoat parts as needed.
Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
Assist with material handling and packaging.
Collaborate with production to meet daily schedules.
