Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking an experienced plumber to perform highly skilled tasks ensuring smooth operation of plumbing equipment, utilities and infrastructure across Industrial, Commercial and Theme Park settings.

The role requires extensive maintenance, repair and compliance with NSF/ADA and state codes, along with interfacing with contractors and enforcement agencies. A valid Florida license and related certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in industrial and commercial plumbing maintenance.
• Experience in theme park environments preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Journeyman, Contractor, or Master license required.
• Backflow Test and Repair cert or MEA/OQ cert within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair all plumbing systems per codes and regs; interface with contractors and authorities.
• Maintain infrastructure: sanitary lines, grease/oil lines, interceptors, pumps, and PLCs.
• Inspect natural gas systems; manage boilers, valves, and safety controls.
• Test boiler water conductivity; perform diagnostics via PLC/HMI.
• Maintain fire protection systems and related infrastructure.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety policies; perform other duties.
