You will engage in lifting, climbing, and rigging tasks as part of daily site operations. Candidates should be able to meet physical demands, work flexible days, and demonstrate basic tool use, teamwork, and reliable safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manual maintenance tasks including snow removal, moving equipment, digging, retrieving equipment, standing by for fire safety, and other supervisor/journeyman directions.
• Operate fire extinguisher as needed.
• Climb structures and scaffolding.
• Use rigging and hoisting devices to move equipment/materials into place.
• Conduct preventative maintenance such as lubrication and replacing worn parts.
• Follow directions from supervisor.
