Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Six (6) years of experience in steel-pipe manufacturing or OCTG related roles with KPIs, data analytics, and production budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead management control activities and monitor KPIs, costs, and operational performance.
• Develop forecasts and budgets incorporating sales projections, production requirements, and energy costs.
• Monitor monthly performance and coordinate with teams to define corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards summarizing market, financial, and operational data.
• Develop analytical tools and models to improve competitiveness, costs, capacity and productivity.
• Evaluate investment opportunities for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Ensure data quality across data pipelines and information flows.
