Job summary

A full-service mechanical contractor is seeking a Pipe Superintendent for their manufacturing shop in High Point, NC. In this role, you will lead a team in the prefabrication of industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems, ensuring safety compliance and managing project schedules. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with pipe fabrication methods. This position offers a full-time schedule and various employee benefits, including insurance plans and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision.
• Familiarity with flowline manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems.
• Prioritize safety and ensure team compliance with EAS safety requirements.
• Manage project schedules.
• Interview and hire new employees for the pipe department.
