Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of relevant analytics/industrial performance experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional, project-based initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, dashboards and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for detailed analysis and communication.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and present them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams across cross-functional industrial projects with stakeholders.
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into structured insights and recommendations.
• Define plans and roadmaps to support change initiatives and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
