Job summary

RODI Systems Corp is seeking an Industrial Panel Assembler & Wirer in Aztec, NM to build and wire industrial control panels that power real-world systems.

Responsibilities include assembling according to schematics, installing PLCs and relays, routing wires, and performing quality checks. Strong detail orientation and ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial panel building, electrical assembly, or control panel wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with electrical components including PLCs, VFDs, relays, and terminal blocks.
• Knowledge of safe electrical work practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
• Electrical trade certification or vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical devices.
• Route, cut, label, and terminate wiring.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on completed panel and controls assemblies.

• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet production schedules and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
