Pro-Mechanical-Services-Co-LLC- is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to apply paint and protective coatings to metal components in a manufacturing setting. The role involves operating a pressure pot system, surface preparation, spray techniques, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Compensation ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, plus weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a pressure pot system to apply paint and protective coatings.
• Knowledge of surface prep, spray painting techniques, and coating application standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial pressure pot system to apply paint and protective coatings.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or debris.
• Mix paint and coatings according to specifications.
• Adjust spray equipment to achieve proper coverage and finish quality.
• Inspect finished products for consistent coverage, defects, and overall quality.
• Follow paint specifications and production requirements.
• Clean and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, hoses, and related equipment.
• Follow safety procedures when handling paints, solvents, and chemicals.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
