Job summary

Senneca is seeking an experienced Painter for our facility. The role involves preparing, applying and finishing paints to meet specifications, under guidance of Area Leads and the Production Supervisor.

You will ensure color and finish tolerances are met and contribute to smooth production schedules. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, up to one year in industrial painting, good manual dexterity, and strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in industrial or auto body painting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend project specifications.
• Inspect for final prep and manage the loading and unloading of paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
• Keep track of paint and supply inventories, and alert the Lead when replenishment is needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process.
