C&B Piping, LLC in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Industrial Painter to coat, line, prep, and finish ductile iron piping products in our Finishing Department. You will apply epoxies, primers and protective finishes according to specifications, helping ensure safety, quality and on-time production.

The role requires reading work orders, using spray equipment with care, and collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Industrial sandblasting experience a plus.
• Strong safety awareness for yourself and others.
• Able to read a measuring tape and perform basic math.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of coating applications or cure times is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply industrial coatings, epoxies, primers, and finishes per specifications.
• Operate spray equipment with precision and care.
• Inspect painted surfaces for thickness, appearance, and quality.
• Read and process work orders and coating requirements.
• Maintain spray equipment and paint areas.
• Follow safety standards, PPE usage, and hazardous materials handling.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on quality and delivery.
• Read measuring tape and coating specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per safety standards.
• Work well both individually and in a team.
