Qualificações

• 0–1 year of experience in a production painting environment.
• Proficiency with electrostatic air sprayers and hand sprayers.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, application techniques, and color matching.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare paint equipment and supplies.
• Clean and maintain paint booth and work area.
• Prepare materials, products, and metals for painting.
• Follow established painting processes and procedures.
• Position products for efficient painting.
• Prepare and monitor paint solutions for quality.
• Refinish or repaint defects.

• Ensure color matching and consistent application.
• Monitor paint application to maintain quality standards.
• Move trailers and parts to/from the paint area.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
