Panelmatic, Inc. invites applications for a Grinder/Polisher to prepare metal surfaces and apply high-quality finishes to control panels and metal components. The role involves grinding, sanding, polishing, and painting preparation with attention to safety and finish accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of industrial coatings or paint experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, pass background checks, and work in demanding environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, sanding and polishing to achieve high-quality finishes
• Set up and operate painting equipment to coat panels and components
• Mix paints and coatings, monitor viscosity and additives
• Read prints to verify color and finish accuracy
• Operate spray guns and adjust air pressure for proper atomization
• Work in enclosed spaces and at heights as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
