Job summary

Vonachen Group is hiring for a full-time, 1st shift position in East Peoria, IL. The role includes maintenance tasks, operating a sweeper/scrubber, forklift and aerial lifts, and basic repairs to keep equipment running safely.

Salary is $18 per hour with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and disability coverage. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM, with daily pay option available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some administrative tasks experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Paint safety lines and maintain floor markings.
• Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors.
• Safely operate a forklift and other powered vehicles.
• Operate aerial lifts for tasks above reach.
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Assist in building/equipment maintenance duties.
• Maintain preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
