Dover Food Retail seeks a Painter II to support production in our Operations department. You will prep parts for painting, hang parts on the line, apply powder coating or wet paint, and remove finished parts while ensuring proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prep parts for powder coating or wet painting by cleaning and inspecting.
• Hang prepped parts on the paint line and monitor throughput.
• Apply powder coat to bare metal and ensure even coverage.
• Remove painted parts and verify documentation matches.
• Identify poor quality parts and report defects promptly.
• Identify and communicate maintenance needs on equipment.
• Work at multiple workstations as production requires.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, following PPE rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
