Dover Food Retail is seeking a Painter II to support the Operations team on the 3rd shift. The role involves prepping parts for painting, hanging parts on the line, applying powder coat or wet paint, and ensuring quality throughout the process.

You will identify issues, assist with equipment maintenance, and keep the work area clean and safe. Ideal candidates are team players with a can‑do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting by cleaning and prepping.
