Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Painter to operate in the paint shop and sandblast area, maintaining heavy equipment with attention to quality and safety. The role supports the One Professional Team vision and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.68 per hour, with education and experience affecting rate. Some mechanical/painting experience is a plus; health benefits and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of auto body/paint experience preferred.
• Some college or trade school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fills out paint sheets at end of day.
• Uses SIS web and DBS to order machine films and decals.
• Uses DBS to access work order information.
• Stocks paint and supplies.
• Quotes paint work with manager to other departments.
• Operates heavy equipment for movement around yard.
• Paints applications using enamels, urethanes, and coatings.
• Maintains tooling and applies films/decals.
• Sandblasts and paints equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
