Varex Imaging is seeking an Industrial Painter to prepare surfaces and apply paints to products during manufacturing. You will manage Paint Shop scheduling, coordinate painting services within projects, and select appropriate paints based on surface requirements.

You will operate cup guns and spray equipment, maintain tools, and prepare parts for prime and finish coats. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and holding PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; up to 1 year painting experience in industrial setting preferred.
• Must possess appropriate licensing.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Paint Shop scheduling for painting projects to meet demand.
• Coordinate painting-related services as part of larger projects.
• Prepare surfaces and select paints per specifications.
• Apply paints with cup guns or spray equipment and maintain tools and facilities.
• Prepare product parts for prime and finish coats and perform prep work as needed.
