Job summary

Butech Bliss is seeking a Skilled Laborer to assist with cleaning, prepping, and painting fabricated components in a manufacturing setting. The role supports production by maintaining clean work areas, operating painting equipment, and following safety and quality guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial painting or related fields, with the ability to read instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience painting industrial machinery or large equipment.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience.
• Knowledge of industrial paint systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate parts washing equipment to clean components.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, masking.
• Mix and apply primers, paints, coatings.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and finish.
• Maintain paint booths and related equipment.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Work with manufacturing and quality teams to support goals.
