BTM Company, LLC. is seeking a skilled Paint Technician/Painter to prepare and finish metal components with high-quality industrial coatings.

The role involves surface preparation, masking, painting, quality inspection, and maintaining a clean paint booth environment. The ideal candidate will ensure durable, aesthetically consistent finishes in a manufacturing setting, with attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting or related finishing work.
• Ability to read work instructions and production paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts and components for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface prep.
• Apply industrial coatings, primers, enamels, and related finishes using spray equipment.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications for production runs.
• Inspect finished parts for coverage, defects, and overall quality.
• Maintain paint booth cleanliness and organize surrounding areas.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate part readiness and scheduling with production teams.
• Perform touch-ups and minor rework as needed.
