Job summary

Apache Industrial is seeking a Painter to perform blasting and coating duties and to support general site work as required. The role involves loading/unloading equipment, prep work, mobilization, demobilization, and basic construction tasks on the jobsite.

Essential functions include following verbal directions, lifting heavy items, and working in confined spaces or extreme weather. Strong safety compliance and reliable attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• One year uninterrupted service with Apache.
• Knowledge of safe paint handling and cleaning practices.
• Experience with tank products installation and repair is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team.
• Maintain good housekeeping and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint various metal, aluminum, and concrete surfaces to spec.
• Operate coating and lining equipment including airless spray devices.
• Use sand blasting and surface prep equipment as required.
• Keep work area and materials clean; work unsupervised when needed.
• Communicate issues with the Field Foreman on site.
