Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in painting or related hands-on trades.
• Basic understanding of paint mixing ratios and tool operation.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with HS diploma or GED.
• Willing to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Apply high-performance industrial paints and linings to tanks, trailers, and equipment.
• Prepare surfaces, grind, clean, and mask for coating.
• Set up and maintain spray equipment and lines.
• Operate forklifts and manage material staging.
• Work with a crew to meet production schedules safely.
