Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an experienced painter for an industrial coating role in McKinney, TX. The position pays starting at $25/hr and runs 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and paid holidays/vacation.

Requirements include 2+ years in commercial/industrial painting, proficiency with brush/roll, spray equipment, lifts and power tools, and color discernment. Onsite drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques.
• Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred).
• Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools.
• Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications.
• Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques.
• Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application.
• Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance.
