Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Industrial Painter to join our growing team on 2nd Shift. As an Industrial Painter, you will paint parts in a rapid, precise, and safe manner primarily for the aerospace and aviation industry.

1st and 2nd shift available (2nd shift: 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:00pm-10:30pm.)

What you will get to do
  • Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately paint/fabricate parts
  • Load and unload items from paint booths/drying racks etc.
  • Clean and prepare parts in preparation for paint or after paint.
  • Mask parts for painting according to blueprints, travelers or other instructions.
  • Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Start machines or equipment to begin any paint or related processes.
  • Safely, accurately and efficiently operate equipment or instruments used in the paint process, or assist other operators.
  • Clean work area and all equipment used in the process of painting parts.
  • Adhere to all procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area.
What you bring to the team
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Prior industrial or automotive painting experience
  • Demonstrates inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
