Job Summary:
QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter and Assembly r for a valued client in Newton. Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime aluminum surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and a smooth finish
- Paint Mixing & Application: Mix custom paint colors and apply them using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve high-quality results
- Assembly: Accurately assemble sign components, including frames, mounting hardware, and other elements, based on detailed specifications
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Maintain tools and painting equipment regularly
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations
- Inventory Monitoring: Track paint and material usage, and alert supervisors when supplies need to be reordered
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper handling of paints and chemicals
