Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paint experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Detail oriented and reliable with accuracy.
• Basic arithmetic, reading and writing skills.
• Team player able to work with others.
• Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Preforms pre-painting activities including power-washing parts.
• Ensures surfaces are clean and ready for paint application.
• Operates hand tools and professional spray equipment.
• Apply primer and topcoat using pressure pots for quality finishes.
• Maintain paint guns and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot coating issues and correct as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Maintain logs and reports on production and maintenance.
