Job summary

gpac is assisting a legendary manufacturer in finding an experienced 2nd Shift Industrial Painter to ensure durable finishes on high-quality products. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings using airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray systems, and inspect outputs to meet century-old standards.

Role requires proven industrial/automotive painting experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work 8–10 hour shifts Mon–Fri.

What You'll Do

As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will ensure our high-quality products leave the facility with a flawless, durable finish.

• Prepare and treat surfaces meticulously before coating application.
• Mix, match, and apply specialized industrial coatings using advanced spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet our rigorous, century-old standards of excellence.
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot painting machinery and safety equipment.

What We Are Looking For

Because we handle precision manufacturing, this is not an entry-level role. You must have proven industrial or automotive paint experience to be considered.

• Experience: Strong background utilizing airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray systems in an industrial or automotive setting.
• Skillset: Sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of various coatings/thinners, and a strict commitment to safety protocols.
• Availability: Reliable and ready to excel on our 2nd shift (8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday).
• Mindset: A strong work ethic, a team-player attitude, and the drive to grow alongside a historic company.
