Job summary

gpac is assisting a legendary manufacturer in finding an experienced 2nd Shift Industrial Painter to ensure durable finishes on high-quality products. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings using airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray systems, and inspect outputs to meet century-old standards.

Role requires proven industrial/automotive painting experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work 8–10 hour shifts Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial or automotive paint experience.
• Not an entry-level role; must have handling of spray systems.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and treat surfaces before coating application.
• Mix, match, and apply coatings with spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products for adherence to standards.
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot painting machinery and safety gear.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and collaborative workspace.
