Ergonomic Solutions, Inc. (ESi), part of Rhino Innovation, is seeking an Industrial Painter to prepare and paint fabricated steel components and material-handling equipment in our Wichita shop.

You will mix primers, apply coatings with spray equipment, inspect finishes, and coordinate with fabrication and assembly to keep parts moving. Our ideal candidate takes pride in a quality finish, follows PPE and ventilation rules, and can work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with spray painting equipment and surface preparation.
• Industrial painting experience preferred; automotive or heavy-equipment refinishing experience will also be considered.
• Ability to follow work orders and coating instructions and recognize finish defects.
• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a shop team.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Prepare steel parts and assemblies for painting through cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and masking as needed.
• Mix and apply primers and finish coatings using spray equipment, following coating instructions and job requirements.
• Inspect finished work for coverage, consistency, and defects; complete touch-up and rework as needed.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment, tools, and the painting area.
• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly personnel to stage parts and keep work moving through the shop.
• Follow required procedures for PPE, ventilation, chemical handling, and housekeeping.
• Assist with material handling and other shop tasks as painting workload allows.

Ergonomic Solutions, Inc. (ESi), part of Rhino Innovation, is seeking an Industrial Painter to prepare and paint fabricated steel components and custom material-handling equipment. Our shop builds overhead cranes, structural supports, platforms, carts, fixtures, and other industrial equipment.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in a quality finish, works safely, and can manage daily painting tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Prepare steel parts and assemblies for painting through cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and masking as needed.

Mix and apply primers and finish coatings using spray equipment, following coating instructions and job requirements.

Inspect finished work for coverage, consistency, and defects; complete touch-up and rework as needed.

Clean and maintain spray equipment, tools, and the painting area.

Coordinate with fabrication and assembly personnel to stage parts and keep work moving through the shop.

Follow required procedures for PPE, ventilation, chemical handling, and housekeeping.
