Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Industrial Painter for our client in Portland, OR. The successful candidate will bring hands-on coating experience and strong safety habits to a fast-paced steel coating operation.

Pay is $30–$35/hour, DOE. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with day and swing shift options. This on-site role requires preparing surfaces, applying coatings to SSPC standards, operating forklift, and supporting sandblasting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial painting experience.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong safe work habits and safety awareness.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
