Qualifications

• Ability to wear full-body protective gear.
• Must be able to pass respirator fit testing and wear as required.

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Industrial Painter for a Direct Hire Industrial Painter opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.

This Industrial Painter role focuses on applying industrial-grade coatings to large fabricated steel components used in heavy-duty lifting equipment shipped worldwide.

Industrial Painter Responsibilities

• Prepare paint materials and maintain painting equipment
• Prep steel beams and components for coating application
• Operate within a spray booth environment
• Apply industrial-grade coatings to sandblasted steel surfaces
• Follow all safety procedures for handling and disposing of paint materials
• Support additional duties as assigned
