Overview

Trillium is hiring experienced Painter / Blasters for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a busy industrial facility in Houston.

Stable hours, overtime potential, and long-term opportunity available. Pay rate is $20–$24/hr DOE (+ $1.50 shift differential 2nd shift).

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (OT on Saturdays as needed)
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (+$1.50/hr)

Responsibilities

• Prep parts and surfaces for painting/blasting
• Perform abrasive blasting using industrial equipment
• Apply coatings with spray guns and pressure pots
