Job summary

ACI Coatings LLC in Spokane, WA is looking for experienced Industrial Painters to lead crews on commercial projects throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Successful applicants will have 3-5+ years of Industrial Painting experience, familiarity with airless pumps, and the ability to manage teams. ACI Coatings is looking for experienced Industrial painters to join our company and run a 2-man crew/van. We currently employee 60+ painters and are running 25+ crews to Commercial and Industrial projects all over Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. We are looking for people with 3-5+ years of Industrial Painting experience, painting large commercial buildings, and facilities in the Industrial space. Airless Pump efficiency is required for all our lead painters. We are looking for someone with experience managing multiple other employees and planning out month long jobs by the day and week to ensure all deadlines are hit.

Advertised wage range is a starting point. ACI offers overtime, bonus pay, profit sharing and an extremely valuable benefits package.

SAFETY

• Complete basic safety training certifications listed for Apprentices.
• Become an ambassador for Safety & promote awareness in others. Obtain OSHA 30 Certification & meet all deadline requirements for Safety Paperwork & Incident Reporting.

ACI PRIDE & SERVICE

• Become a company representative for organization, preparedness, price & service in all categories.

ACOUNTABILITY

• Quality Control all of your personal work & that of your team. Maintain excellent attendance.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & DAILY DELIVERABLES

• TOOLS: Be highly effective & efficient with an airless sprayer, sanders, drills & other various tools.
• COATINGS: Know the right product for the right job. Understand the basics of color therapy & have an advanced knowledge of all primers, Int/Ext paints & stains, & all basic base types.
• SPRAYERS: Advanced knowledge of sprayers (GRACO/TITAN) & basic equipment repair & maintenance.

ACI QUALITY

• PREP: Set up all job sites with necessary equipment & supplies & do so, quickly & routinely.
• JOB BREAKDOWN: Thorough clean the job site & break down a sprayer to the ball.
• MARKET SEGMENT EXPERT: Structures, Equipment, Machinery, Bridges, Tanks, other Industrial assets
• APPLICATION: 3-5+ years in Industrial painting, surface prep, and related fields. Familiarity with spray guns, pumps, rigs, power tools, and mixing/applying coatings like epoxies, enamels, or liquid roof coatings.
