Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Apply industrial coatings to structural steel using airless spray equipment.
• Mix and apply epoxy, zinc-rich, urethane, and other protective coating systems.
• Verify proper coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality.
• Read and follow coating specifications and work instructions.
• Perform touch-up work as needed.
• Maintain spray equipment, hoses, and paint systems.
• Work closely with Quality Control to meet project specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling coatings and solvents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

About the Role

Bridge Brothers is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to apply high-performance protective coatings to structural steel bridge components.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for applying industrial coating systems that protect steel from corrosion and ensure long-term durability in demanding environments.

What You'll Do

• Apply industrial coatings to structural steel using airless spray equipment
• Mix and apply epoxy, zinc-rich, urethane, and other protective coating systems
• Verify proper coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
• Read and follow coating specifications and work instructions
• Perform touch-up work as needed
• Maintain spray equipment, hoses, and paint systems
• Work closely with Quality Control to meet project specifications
• Follow all safety procedures when handling coatings and solvents
