Job description

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is searching for a full-time Industrial Painter in Pleasant View, UT to perform surface preparation, coating application, and equipment maintenance on oilfield tanks, structural steel, and fabricated metal. We are looking for dependable, quality-focused individuals who take pride in the entire coating process, from surface prep to cleanup. We offer our Industrial Painters a competitive wage of $22.00 – $30.00 / hour (depending on experience). This full-time position works a regular schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (four 10-hour shifts), with additional overtime available as production demands. Our extensive compensation package includes weekly pay, comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO), and 3-day weekends most weeks with Fridays off.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Industrial painting or protective-coatings experience (experience with oilfield tanks, structural steel, or fabricated metal strongly preferred).
• Proven experience operating, maintaining, and cleaning airless spray equipment, with heated plural-component system experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of coating ratios, induction times, pot life, recoat windows, and film-thickness requirements.
• Ability to read product data sheets, coating instructions, and job specifications.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, climb, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, wear required PPE/respiratory protection, and work in confined spaces.
