You will handle epoxy and urethane finishes, operate forklift equipment, read blueprints, and collaborate with a skilled workforce to meet production goals. We value craftsmanship and reliability in a full-time, 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related education or experience.
• Proficiency in forklift operation and basic blueprint interpretation.
• Experience with 2-part epoxy coatings and urethane paints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply 2-part epoxy coatings.
• Paint with urethane finishes.
• Sandblast surfaces to prepare.
• Prepare primers, topcoats and clear coats.
• Use MIL gauge for measurements.
• Operate electrostatic paint equipment.
• Use forklift to move materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints.

What You'll Do:

• 2-part epoxy coatings
• Urethane paints
• Sandblasting
• Preparing primers, topcoats and clear coats
• MIL gauge
• Electrostatic paint equipment
• Forklift operation
• Blueprint reading

What You'll Need:

• A high school diploma or GED, complemented by a passion for painting and one year of related education or job experience.
• Proficiency in forklifts, overhead cranes, and blueprint interpretation is a plus, showcasing your dedication to craftsmanship.

Shift:

• Full-time
• Mon -Thu 6am - 4:30pm
• Fri OT as needed
• 45-hour standard work week
