Bedrock Truck Beds is seeking a Paint Line Installer to help assemble and install a new industrial paint line, including ovens, conveyors, dunk tanks, and beams. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and safety in a project-based setting.

The position runs on a demanding schedule of roughly 60–70 hours per week with a rotating 10 days on and 2 days off. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the base rate; the project is expected to run through February with opportunities for more work afterward.

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain on-site forklift certification.
• Ability to work extended shifts and the 10-days-on, 2-days-off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Position, support, assemble, and fasten structural beams, panels, and equipment.
• Install components for ovens, conveyors, dunk tanks, and related systems.
• Use hand tools to align parts, tighten bolts, and secure assemblies.
• Stage and move materials; operate forklifts after on-site certification and authorization.
• Collaborate with installers and supervisors while maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• All other duties as assigned by management
