Job summary

Goldbelt seeks an Operational Technology Security Engineer to tackle routine OT cybersecurity tasks and support ICS/SCADA security across critical infrastructure. You will analyze requirements, design secure OT architectures, and help implement vulnerability management and incident response strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and leadership, maintaining compliance with DoD and industry standards, and delivering audit-ready cybersecurity documentation.

Qualifications

• OT and ICS cybersecurity concepts across OT networks and field devices.
• Familiar with DoD cybersecurity inspection readiness and STIGs guidance.
• Experience in risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, and incident response for OT/IT integration.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Integrate OT security processes with IT to resolve system-level cybersecurity issues.
• Analyze information security requirements for OT environments and develop mitigation plans.
• Support planning, design, development, testing, and integration of OT systems with secure architectures.
