Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 within the Engineering unit to analyze complex processes, define architecture, and drive ERP customizations and integrations. You will lead data migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure security and compliance standards across OT/IT environments.

The role involves collaboration across manufacturing IT/OT domains, with potential relocation, and a focus on scalable, reliable solutions. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate to project location.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft specs.
• Define and develop solution architecture; steer customization and integration.
• Design and implement ERP customizations and collaborate with development team.
• Create integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps; lead large-scale data migrations.
• Optimize performance for scalability and reliability; lead compliance audits.
• Document complex customizations and lead training workshops.
