Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an Operational Technology Security Cyber Prevention Engineer in Ohio to secure manufacturing environments. You will work with equipment, OT systems, data analysis, and IT teams to ensure secure operations across HDMA locations and equipment.

0-2 years' experience with machine control networks (ICS) and knowledge of industrial cybersecurity are preferred. Excellent communication and business acumen are essential; some travel and short-term site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 0-2 years of experience with machine control networks (ICS) and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity.
• Strong verbal and written communication and business acumen in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Set OT standards for new equipment and integrate into the OT network.
• Develop and maintain OT policies, procedures, and auditing.
• Define access controls for equipment and OT systems.
• Support the development and maintenance of OT technical standards.
• Establish OT risk metrics and run assessments.
• Benchmark industry practices and recommend tool/process improvements.
