Flint Hills Resources in Euless, TX is seeking an Operations Technician to support the Fort Worth fuels terminal and pipeline. You will oversee daily operations, perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a 12-hour rotating shift, strong computer skills, and effective communication. A two-year technical degree and hands-on maintenance experience are preferred to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical/instrumentation disciplines is preferred.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts and physical requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipeline and terminal assets safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, electrical and mechanical equipment at the bulk storage facility and truck loading rack.
• Coordinate with pipeline schedulers for deliveries and receipts of petroleum products.
• Document operational activities using computer/tablet inputs, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company regulations including DOT PHMSA.
• Perform routine facility checks, repairs and immediate response to safety concerns.
