Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician I in Keyport, WA. This entry-level role supports production control, logistics, and shop-order processing under close supervision, with routine tasks and detailed procedures guiding daily work.

The position requires a high school diploma and U.S. citizenship due to security-clearance needs. Candidates with DoD/government facility experience and forklift/overhead crane capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Technical, vocational, military, industrial, logistics, or material-handling training preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting industrial operations.
• Experience with material handling, production support, packaging, assembly, warehousing, or shop operations preferred.
• Experience following detailed procedures, shop orders, or technical instructions.
• Basic experience using computers and entering information into electronic systems preferred.
• Prior DoD, depot, manufacturing, or government-facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Routine Production and Shop Support.
• Aid in the Setup and Preparation of Material Staging, Packaging, and Movement.
• Support Work-Order Entry, Tracking of Status, and Other Data Support Reporting and Entry Needs.
• Perform Basic Assembly, Installation, and Technical Assistance for Assigned Equipment or Components.
• Perform and Adhere to Safety, Quality, and Team Coordination.
