Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in the United States seeks a Multicraft Technician to maintain, repair, design and calibrate plant equipment, including Fanuc robots and iRVision systems, and to install and program process control equipment.

You will troubleshoot electronic and electrical systems, develop data management programs, perform preventive maintenance, and document all work in the CMMS while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Hands-on experience with installation and electronic troubleshooting of process loops and programming including robotized equipment.
• Advanced PLC programming skills with emphasis in Allen Bradley—PanelView, Data Highway Plus, PLC and Control View.

Responsibilities

• Perform CP, CCP, QP, and CQP checks and follow food safety and quality plans.
• Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade plant equipment and robotics; maintain data in CMMS.
• Create and modify control programs; work with Engineering and IS to keep software updated.
• Maintain plant equipment, gearboxes, hoists and related systems; ensure safe operation.
• Overtime possible; follow plant scheduling policies; communicate with leadership and vendors.
