Job summary

Qualifications

• Press machine experience and basic knowledge of press machine functionality.
• Electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter, locating broken wires, sensor issues, and relay circuits.
• PLC experience; using PLCs as a troubleshooting tool (programming a plus, not required).
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Metal fabrication and welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick).
• Basic machining tool operation, with understanding of lathe and manual mill operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair press machines, robots, cranes, and plant utilities.
• Perform electrical diagnostics using multimeters to identify broken wires, faulty sensors, and relay issues.
• Utilize PLCs as troubleshooting tools; programming knowledge is a plus.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Perform metal fabrication, welding, and basic machining tasks.
• Operate lathe, manual mill, drill press, shear, and band saw.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.
