At Didion Milling, Inc., you’ll be the go-to pro diagnosing issues fast, planning smart preventive work, and partnering with operations so every conveyor, pump, and motor does exactly what it should.Your Schedule and PayChoose your workweek: Sunday–Thursday or Monday–FridayHours: 10pm–6am with a $2.00/hr shift premiumCompensation: $30–$45 per hour, based on experienceA Night in the LifeYou arrive, review the CMMS queue, and prioritize critical tasks. A conveyor idler needs replacement, a bearing vibration trend crosses threshold, and a boiler gauge needs verification. You line up parts, lock out/tag out, and execute. Between calls, you tune preventive routes, inspect belts and chains, and document improvements that raise uptime.What You’ll Maintain and ImproveBasic electrical systems and electrical test equipmentPumps, boilers, and air compression systemsConveyors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and beltsMotors and bearingsValves, piping systems, and instrumentationWelding and fabrication toolsDiagnose malfunctions, repair and adjust components, and rebuild assemblies to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance and champion improvement ideas that boost productivity and safety.
